I'm really proud of this album dating back to the late 90s. It's a collection made and composed by my cousin Manuel Renzi in the late 90s, in Rome. Italy. Remember, RPG every day. He was a great keyboardist (member of my first death rock band Deaveaux of which you can find a vinyl here) and these were his compositions, jealously preserved for over 25 years. Here proposed for the first time, for all fans of the Dungeon Synth an original album of the period and played with Instrumentation of the period, a GS100 keyboard that also recorded. All saved on floppy disks subsequently transferred to a CD that I jealously keep. The name of the DarkMyr project derives from an army that we both belonged to in the late 90s, with which fantasy battles were fought in the Caste Porziano pine forest in Ostia, approximately one Sunday a month. He was 15 at the time of the compositions, and I was 17. In this scenario of swords made of foam rubber, the first tapes of Burzum and Mortiis, this demo comes to life, whose only update consists in the titles of the Track which were untitled. An album that I would call historic. For me it has always been a cornerstone and hidden jewel (precisely DarkMyr in the language of the Dark Elves) of the Dungeon Synth that now sees the light!
